Your privacy
This page says what I keep, why, for how long, who else sees it, and how to have it removed. "I" is the YesVoice assistant.
YesVoice is run by XFACTORAI LLC, 7345 W Sand Lake Rd, Ste 210 - Office 4812, Orlando, Florida 32819, United States (support@yesbusiness.ai). We are the controller of what this page describes under UK and EU data protection law.
What I keep
- Your email address, your first name, and your mobile if you give it.
- How you would like me to describe you on a call, how you use the app (reading, listening or a screen reader), and your text size.
- The people you add so you can say "call Josh", with their numbers.
- Your jobs, what happened on them, and the credits each one used.
Nothing you type into a job for that job only is kept here. My logs never hold your words, only whether something worked. No analytics, no advertising cookies: the one cookie keeps you signed in.
The engine that does the work
Your jobs run on the YesBusiness engine, under your own account there. The details you let me remember (a date of birth, an address) are kept there, encrypted, and given only to the people a job is about. Calls I make for you are recorded and written out as text so you can read them, and I say so at the start of every call. The jobs, the calls and the remembered details are governed by the engine's privacy page: yesbusiness.ai/privacy.
When I read something for you
What you ask me to read (letters, bills, medicine labels) is read once by our AI reader and not kept by us or by it. Nothing from it is used for anything else.
Letters, bills and medicine labels can be health information. I read them once for you and keep none of it; nothing from them is kept, learned from or used for anything else.
The photo goes from your phone to YesVoice to the engine's AI reader and straight back. It is never written to disk on the way.
When I read things out loud
Listen mode sends the words the app says, including what a letter says, to ElevenLabs to be spoken. They sit in our ElevenLabs account history until we delete them, which we do the moment they are spoken. Anything ElevenLabs holds beyond that to run its service is set out in its privacy policy.
If you use VoiceOver, TalkBack or another screen reader, your own phone does the speaking and nothing is sent.
Contacts from Google or Outlook
If you bring in contacts, your provider asks you first. I read your contacts once and keep no access. Only the names and numbers you keep are stored.
Why, on what basis, and for how long
| What | Why, and the basis (UK and EU) | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Your account | To sign you in and reach you with answers. Our contract with you. | Until you delete your account |
| Your jobs and the people you add | To do the jobs you ask for. Our contract with you. | Until you delete them or your account |
| A photo you ask me to read | To read it to you. Your own request, each time. | Not kept at all |
| Words spoken in listen mode | To say them out loud. Your own request, by choosing listen mode. | Until they are spoken |
| Call recordings | So you can read what was said. Our contract with you. | As the engine's page says: yesbusiness.ai/privacy |
Who else helps
| Who | What for |
|---|---|
| YesBusiness (XFACTORAI LLC) | The engine: your jobs, the calls, your remembered details, the AI reader |
| Anthropic | The AI model behind the reader and the jobs |
| ElevenLabs | The voice in listen mode, and the voice on calls |
| Twilio | Calls and texts |
| Resend | The emails I send you |
| Fly.io | The computers YesVoice runs on |
| Supabase | The engine's record of your account |
A job that needs a website visits that website and gives it only what the job needs.
Nothing is sold and nothing is shared for advertising. We never use your letters, photos or calls to train anything. Anthropic does not use what we send it to train its models; ElevenLabs's own privacy policy says what it does with what it speaks.
Where it is held
Where it is held: in the United States, where we are based, with the companies named above; where UK or EU law treats this as a transfer of your data, it rests on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, with the UK addendum for the UK, which you can ask to see at support@yesbusiness.ai.
Your rights, and removing your details
Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold, or object to a use, by emailing support@yesbusiness.ai; a person answers. In the UK you can complain to the ICO, in the EU to your data protection authority, and in Australia to the OAIC.
Under Me, Delete my account removes your account and jobs from YesVoice at once. To have your details removed from the engine as well, email support@yesbusiness.ai and a person will do it.
